INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

The maximum load placed inside the storage box must not exceed the height of the corner brackets, since otherwise the weight of the entire bed structure would rest on the bottom of the box itself, compromising the integrity of the side frames. Should you need a greater weight load (not height!) than indicated above, we recommend using the central support foot

Hollow-core frame thickness. The Classic, Contemporary and Modern collections are always built with hollow-core frames approximately 7.5 cm thick (with fabric fitted). The only exception is the round frame, which is built with thicker hollow-core panels.



Young line frame thickness. The Young collection is always built with wood-particle frames reinforced with a metal U profile, approximately 3.5 cm thick (with fabric fitted).



Heavy-duty corner brackets. Metal corner brackets capable of supporting any weight, with eyelets for easy fitting to frames and headboards, designed to hold the bed base. Beautiful, elegant frames and headboards even without their covers. Our headboards and frames are built in wood (or wood particles), with pre-fitted fastening screws, covered with foam and sewn, tacked velveteen.



All available feet can be fitted to all frames. Our feet come in a range of shapes, heights and colours. The feet come pre-fitted to the bed's corner brackets, allowing you to assemble the bed more quickly.





Patented Mechanism. The mechanism we designed and patented allows easy opening without obstructing the footboard area of the bed. To make bed-making easier, we patented the mechanism with the base platform at 87 cm from the floor, setting us apart from the rest. This choice results in a slight lateral movement of the base which does not interfere with the correct operation of the mechanism and does not affect the stability of the bed.



Slow-action gas pistons. The storage box pistons open and close with a slowed action for easy, safe use. The slow-action gas pistons are designed and supplied in different strengths, to best suit the various mattress types and allow easy opening.



Solid, hard-wearing storage box panels. Our storage box panels are made of 1.8 cm white laminate, which supports heavy weights without bending. In addition, the footboard is fitted with a panel-support tab that prevents any bending, even at the front of the storage box.



The self-supporting storage panel. A walk-on storage compartment fully suspended, resting on the bed's four corner brackets and the central bar. The absence of central feet means any type of foot can be fitted to our beds (from 2.5 cm to 25 cm in height), even with a storage box. This also makes cleaning under the bed easy.





Bed bases with an extra-thick structure. The sturdy, flexible beech plywood slats, together with the double central support, allow our bed bases to bear the body's weight while providing solid support for the entire bed system.



Guaranteed parts availability. We guarantee for 10 years the availability of replacements for every single part of your bed (pistons, corner brackets, feet, bed bases, mechanisms, upholstery patterns, etc.).



Selected fabrics. Our fabrics have been selected to last over time, keeping their colour and softness unchanged. Fine leathers. Our leathers, from selected calves, are of the highest quality in fashionable colours, with very few blemishes and scars.



Safe transport. Our beds and storage boxes are packed in cardboard and bubble wrap, materials that support and cushion any impact. All our bed headboards come with an adhesive label showing the instructions for correct transport and correct opening by the fitters.
